The Christmas period can be pretty quiet for businesses and pet photography is no exception. It’s a great opportunity to read some books, relax at home……and make an enormous mess outside with a DIY photography project.
I’ve had a mild obsession with the www.instructables.com website for a few years, if you’ve never been there before it’s worth checking out. Not only are the projects amazing, but the community is always lovely and supportive. I’ve written a couple of my own, but thought I’d finally make a photography one based on this week’s project:

The brown dogs were outstanding models and I’m thrilled with the results, it’s a really fun way to play with studio lighting 🙂
